1. This case has been listed in office reference.

2. Vide order dated 26.06.2019 passed in MCRC No.3034/2019 this Court had directed the Trial Court to dispose of the matter as early as possible probably within three months from today.

3. Now, vide request letter dated 24.12.2019 received from the Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C), Rajnandgaon (C.G.) through the District & Sessions Judge, Rajnandgaon (C.G.) dated 30.12.2019 further three more months time has been sought to decide the said application pending in Criminal Case No.45/2018.

4. After due consideration, further three months time is granted to the Sessions Judge (FTC) to decide the said application under Section 439 of the Cr. P.C pending in Criminal Case No.45/2018.
