1. At the outset the counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance as of now may be redressed if a direction is given to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation which the petitioner had made as early as on 02.08.2013.

2. Counsel for the respondents does not oppose the said prayer.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that the respondents may consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2013, if it has not been decided till now, to be decided within an outer limit of 90 days from today.
