1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has died but his legal representatives are interested in making representation for salary and other pay allowances for petitioner's suspension period from 01/07/2003 to 19/01/2007.

2. Be that as it may, the legal representatives of the petitioner are at liberty to make a representation for petitioner's salary and other pay allowances during his aforesaid suspension period within 45 days from today which will be considered and decided by the competent authority strictly in accordance with law within two months from the date of filing of the representation.
