ORDER
(Passed on 22.4.201 8) The applicant has been convicted under Section 325 of the Indian Penal Code by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dongargarh and the same is affirmed by Additional Sessions Judge, Rajnandgaon in Criminal Appeal No.16/2007 vide Judgment dated 01.5.2007 wherein the applicant has been sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for one year and to pay fine of Rs.500/- with default stipulations. 2.
The applicant has been charge sheeted for the offence under Section 325 IPC for voluntarily causing grievous injury to complainant Chhotelal. Applicant Bihari Lal Sahu and complainant Chhotelal haVe filed an application for compounding the offence. 3.
On due consideration, the application is allowed. .\ e / / \/

The offence is hereby compounded in View of Section 320(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
The applicant is acquitted of the commissin of offence under Section 325 of the IPC and conviction and o sentence imposed upon the applicant by both the Courts below is hereby set aside.
