1. PUD has been received from the Court of First Additional Sessions Judge, Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh, requesting for extension of time of 3 months to conclude the trial in S.T No.19/2018.

2. In the order passed by this Court in MCRC No.4259/2019 & 5940/2019 vide order dated 23.9.2019 in which direction was issued to the concerned Court to conclude the trial within a period of 3 months. Presiding Officer of the concerned Court has made a prayer to extend the time for 3 more months.

3. Considered on the grounds mentioned in the PUD, the time is extended for three months further for disposal of the case concerned from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.
