Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 08/01/2018 The transfer order dated 14/08/2017 has been challenged on various grounds but I am not inclined to entertain this petition as the petitioner has chosen to file this petition after a long time.

Though it is submitted that the petitioner was not relieved under the impugned order, taking into consideration other aspects of the matter and nature of grounds urged, I am not inclined to invoke extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in this situation. It would be open for the petitioner to move representation.
