By efflux of time, the dispute seems to have become infructuous for the simple reason that, the challenge was to the advertisement issued on 12/10/2011 which by now must have been concluded and all the selected candidates must have also been granted appointment. In additon, none of the selected/appointed candidates are party before this Court and the petition on this ground also may not be sustainable. The instant Writ Petition thus deserve to be and is accordingly dismissed.
