Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was on maternity leave up till 30/09/2019, in the meanwhile she has been transferred by order dated 23/08/2019 from Primary Health Centre Korar, Bhanupratappur, District Kanker to Sub Health Centre Jadutola Block Anta Chowki, District Rajnandgaon on the administrative ground. It is stated that the petitioner's seniority is maintained in the district wise and if the petitioner is transferred her seniority would be affected. He further submits that husband of the petitioner is working at Kanker and as per transfer policy of the State husband and wife are to be kept in the same place, therefore under the circumstances transfer of the petitioner is bad. 2.

Perused the documents. Document shows that husband of the petitioner is working at Kanker. Considering the facts as aforesaid, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation before the Grievance

Redressal Committee within a period of three weeks from today which shall be decided within a further period of 60 days. Transfer order is dated 23/08/2019 and in the meanwhile till date if it has not been carried out, same may not be given effect to.
