1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the non releasing of the benefits of 6th and 7th pay commission and also not granting of the first as also the second time-scale pay payable to the petitioner on completion of 10 years of service and 20 years of service respectively.

2. According to the petitioner, he has been working as a Radiographer under the respondents. In between for a period of about five years from 2003 to 2008, the services of the petitioner was placed under suspension and which stood revoked subsequently and the

-2petitioner gave his joining in the year 2008 and since then, the petitioner has been continuously working with the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, meanwhile he has been deprived of the benefits of 6th pay commission w.e.f. 01.01.2006 and also the benefits of 7th pay commission from 01.01.2016. It is also the claim of the petitioner that he has also become entitled for the first as also the second time pay-scale on completion of 10 years and 20 years of service.

4. According to the petitioner, he has been repeatedly approaching the respondents for settlement of his dues and grievances but the authorities have not taken any decision.

Given the said submission that the petitioner has made, let the case of the petitioner be scrutinized by the respondents No. 2 to 4 so far as the petitioner is entitled for the first and second pay-scale and also as regards the claim of the petitioner for grant of benefits of 6th and 7th pay commission including arrears of different of payment.

6. Let a decision be taken by the respondents No. 2 to 4 at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents 2 to 4 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
