2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is working on the post of Upper Division Teacher, but current salary and increments are not being paid to him which he is entitled vide Annexure P-1.

3. Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and take decision on the representation of the petitioner within 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
