1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.546/2020, registered at Police Station: Pamgarh, District- JanjgirChampa (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 376 (2) of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail.

3. Permission granted.
