Heard on I.A. No. 1- Application for dismissal of the writ petition as having rendered infructuous in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Both the parties submitted that the petition has become infructuous in light of the judgment passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in AIR 2008 SC 337 (BCPP Mazdoor Sangh & Anr. Vs. N.T.P.C.& Ors.) In view of the submission made, I.A. No. 1 is allowed. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
