1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order of termination dated 25.11.2019.
2. Perusal of records would show that the petitioner was an employee under the Co-operative Societies i.e. the respondents No.5&6 upon which the provisions of Co-operative Societies Act are applicable. The said Act has a specific provision in respect of dealing with service disputes of the employees of the Co-operative Societies.
3. For the aforesaid reason of there being an alternative efficacious statutory remedy available to the petitioner, the writ court at this juncture would not like to interfere with the merits of the case. Accordingly, reserving the right
-2of the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities under the Cooperative Societies Act the writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner would be at liberty to apprise the authorities by moving an appropriate application explaining the delay in raising the dispute, which the authorities shall consider in a pragmatic manner on its own merits.
