Heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondents. 2.

In this writ petition filed in the year 2005, the grievance was with regard to non-consideration for time-bound promotion on 7.5.1999 after completion of 15 years of service.

The fact that the writ petition itself was filed belatedly also loses its relevance in view of the admitted fact that in the meantime, the Petitioner has got substantive promotion.
