This matter was heard in part on the last date of hearing. 2.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per fresh instructions, petitioner No.1/K.N. Products is not a company incorporated under the Companies Act and inadvertently a wrong description has been given in the cause title as also in para 8.1 to 8.4 that petitioner No.1 is a company incorporated under the Companies Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, at this stage, may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file proper petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

The interim order stands vacated.
