1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the salary for various periods have not been paid to the petitioner without assigning any appropriate reason for which he has already made representation to respondent No.3 but the same has not been decided.

2. Learned State counsel submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered within six weeks.

3. Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the petitioner's representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

However, petitioner is at liberty to file additional representation within two weeks from today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
