Agrawal Order On Board /0 1 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for time bound pay scale, for which he has made several representation to the respondents authorities but same has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the respondents authorities to decide the same expeditiously. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) Be that as it may, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for grant of time bound pay scale expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The Petitioner is also at liberty to make additional representation, if any.
(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
