The limited prayer which the petitioner has made in this petition is that the petitioner who is working as Teacher (L.B.) posted at Government Middle School, Singansara, Sakti was punished for the allegation that she has failed to distribute the uniform to the students as per the direction and thereafter she was held to be liable and she was denied the increment with non-cumulative effect. Against which she had filed a departmental appeal before the respondent No.3 by Annexure P-2 and prayer is made that the

appeal may be decided at the earliest.

Learned State counsel do not oppose the prayer made by the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that the respondent No.3 shall decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner at the earliest within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

It is further observed that liberty is also given to the petitioner to place on additional grounds and documents before the appellate authority, if so advised, within a period of 6 weeks and in such case the documents may be considered by the appellate authority while deciding the appeal on merits. 5.
