This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.29/2018, registered at Police Station-Chhura, District-Gariyaband (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act. 2.

First bail application of the applicants has been dismissed by this Court on merits vide order dated 2.7.2018. After dismissal of first bail application on merits, I do not find any new ground or change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. 3.

Accordingly, second bail application is dismissed. However, considering the report of the Special Judge (NDPS Act), Raipur, the Superintendent of Police, Gariyaband is directed to keep the witnesses
