2. Mr. Aniket Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that though petitioner
is holding the degree of B.Ed and he possesses the qualification for the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade III but his candidature has been rejected on the ground that he has obtained the degree of B.Ed from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Prayag, Allahabad (U.P.) which is not a recognized institution whereas it is his case that he is already fulfilling the criteria for selection on the said post, therefore, his case ought to have been considered. The petitioner has already made representation regarding the same before respondent No. 3 which may be directed to be considered and decided.
3. Be that as it may, the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is fair and reasonable. Accordingly, respondent No. 3 is directed to consider petitioner's representation for his appointment on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade III and decide it within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation within 10 days from today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
