The relief sought for by the Petitioner was a direction to the Respondents to consider the name of the Petitioner for the post of Woman Multipurpose Health Worker.

The Respondents in their reply have filed a document, Annexure R-1, dated 30.1.2012, whereby the case of the Petitioner as been considered and allowed in her favour and she has been granted appointment to the post of Woman Multipurpose Health Worker and on which post the Petitioner has already joined her duties as is reflected from Annexure R-2, dated 30.1.2012. 3.

This aspect is not disputed by the Counsel for the Petitioner. 4.
