This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner for issuance of direction to State Transport Appellate Tribunal to decide the revision filed by the petitioner under Section 90 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 which is pending consideration since 28.08.2009.

Accordingly, it is directed that State Transport Appellate Tribunal shall consider and decide the revision filed by the petitioner expeditiously, if it has not been decided finally as the revision is pending since the year 2009. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs(s).
