Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 13/03/2018 This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of order dated 04/09/2017 passed by this Court. 2.

According to the petitioner, even though the petitioner was protected by the order passed by this Court, he was harassed for three months and was not allowed to work. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent disputes this position and submits that the petitioner has been paid salary for the entire period and the petitioner himself was not available for the duty.

Be that as it may, it being a contempt petition and considering that the petitioner has been paid salary for the entire period and the State Government has cancelled the transfer order also, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The contempt petition is accordingly closed.
