The Labour Court has dismissed petitioner's claim for reinstatement on the ground that the petitioner himself relinquished the job and was not illegally retrenched. 2.

In course of hearing, Shri S. P. Kale, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner is still willing to join duties if the respondent offers a job.

Shri N. K. Vyas, learned counsel for the respondent, readily agreed that if the petitioner desires to work as helper, the post on which he was working in September, 1990, the Management is ready to accept his joining.

In view of the statement made, let the Management of respondent company accept petitioner's joining from 20.01.2020 on the post of Helper.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
