The grievance raised in the writ petition arises out of the recruitment process for filling up the post of lecturers in the National Institute of Technology, Raipur in the year 2008. 2.

Since the recruitment process is already over more than 12 years back, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous reserving liberty

in favour of the petitioner to revive the petition if the cause of action still survives.
