By efflux of time, since the entire contractual period itself has expired, the writ petition as such has become infructuous. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous reserving the liberty of the petitioner, if he is aggrieved by any subsequent development to avail other remedy available to him.
