Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 11/01/2018 After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be preferring representation stating certain personal difficulties for consideration.

In that view of the matter, this petition is disposed off with a direction that in case the petitioner prefers representation to the transferring authority, the authority shall decide the matter within two weeks.

For a period of two weeks, coercive steps shall not be taken against the petitioner.
