1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order Annexure P13 passed by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raipur, is contrary to the minutes of meeting held in the Office of the Collector on 12-7-2007.

3. A careful perusal of the aforesaid order would show that no such objection appears to have been taken by the petitioner by replying to the said order and straightway this writ petition has been filed.

4. Be that as it may, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to make a detailed representation against the said order to the Municipal Corporation and the Corporation will consider the objection of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law within 45 days from today after hearing the petitioner and the affected parties. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all such permissible grounds while submitting such representation.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
