The present petition has been filed seeking appointment on the post Safai Karmi under Municipal Council, Dhamtari in respect of recruitment process which was conducted in the year, 2008. At this juncture, this court does not intend to proceed further with the writ petition on the simple reason that at the time of filing of petition itself the petitioner was more than 45 years and by now he is about 52-53 years of age, that means, the petitioner has crossed all permissible age limit for grant of employment.
