Agrawal Order On Board 10/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to file application/complaint before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Patharia, District Mungeli under Section 40 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 against respondent No.5.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, petitioner is permitted to file application/complaint before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Patharia, District Mungeli under Section 40 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 against the respondent No.5 and, in turn, Sub Divisional Officer shall consider and decide the application/complaint of the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing the parties, expeditiously from the date of receipt of application/complaint.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
