On due consideration, I.A. No.1/2019 is allowed and delay of 206 days in filing of the instant petition is condoned. Also heard on application for grant of leave to appeal under Section 378(3) of the Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents oppose the said application.

On due consideration, application for grant of leave to appeal under Section 378(3) of Cr.P.C. is granted.
