1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that remuneration fixed to the Kotwars who have not been provided with service lands is considerably low as they are only being paid ₹ 3000/- per month, which is less than minimum wages prescribed under the provisions of the Minimum Wages Act and for enhancement of their remuneration, they have made representation to the State

Government under Section 231 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 to consider and enhance the same as question of remuneration has to be decided by the State Government.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to make a representation under Section 231 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code to the State Government and the State Government shall consider and dispose off the same within a period of four months from its receipt along with a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
