Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for maternity leave for a period of 180 days whereas the respondent No. 3 has granted only 90 days of maternity leave therefore, she may be granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent No. 3- Chief Medical And Health Officer, Raigarh along with copy of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 3365/2017 Dr. Vijay Laxmi Chandra v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others, decided on 26.07.2017. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file a representation before the concern authority along with copy of the order passed in Dr. Vijay Laxmi Chandra (supra) within ten days from today and if such a representation is preferred by the petitioner then, the said authority shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation for grant of further 90 days of maternity leave expeditiously within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of representation along with copy of this order. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
