1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 14/08/2019 sent by the 2nd Additional District Judge, Rajnandgaon for extension of time for final disposal of civil suit No. 49A/2014.

2. This Court vide order dated 30/08/2018 had granted a period of four weeks to learned trial Court to dispose of the said civil suit, which has not been complied with and further extension of time has been sought by the Court below to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of three weeks is granted to learned trial Court to dispose of the said civil suit by taking the trial on day-to-day basis. It is made clear that no further requests for extension of time to dispose of the said civil suit would be entertained.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
