Agrawal Order On Board 10/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that Public Service Commission has sought consent from the State Government to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment on 23.04.2016, but State Government has not taken any decision in that regard till this date, hence this petition.

(2) Be that as it may, State Government is directed to consider and take a decision on the request made by the Public Service Commission on 23.04.2016 expeditiously from the date of receipt of

certified copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation, if any before the State Government. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
