1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken-up through video conferencing.

2. This writ petition has been filed stating inter-alia that the petitioner is working on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-II, but his case is not being considered by the State Government for the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-I though he is fully qualified.

3. On the last date of hearing i.e.28.6.2021, the State Counsel was directed to seek instructions as to

whether the petitioner has been promoted on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-I or not.

4. On instructions, Mr.Soumya Rai, learned Panel Lawyer for respondent No.1/State, would submit that the petitioner has already been promoted on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-I on 3.8.2012 and he has joined his duty on promotional post on 13.8.2012, as such, the instant writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has already been promoted on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-I.

5. In view of submission made by learned State Counsel, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
