Order On Board 07/02/2018 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an application for renewal of licence on 03.09.2010 before the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur but the same has not been decided till now and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(2) Be that as it may, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for renewal of licence and to pass reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expedititously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of submission of certified copy of this order after hearing the affected parties.
