1. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that contempt has been purged.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant has been offered a meagre amount of compensation.

3. Once the order passed by this Court has been complied with by making payment of compensation, inadequacy thereof would furnish a separate cause of action for which the applicant would be entitled to initiate fresh proceedings before appropriate forum, as available in law.
