Agrawal Order On Board 10/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for grant of advance increment for which he has already made representation before the respondent-SECL, which has not been considered and decided till this date and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondents No.1 & 2 are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law

expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to file additional representation before the said authority.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
