1. This Court by entertaining the writ petition has directed that status quo shall be maintained in respect of the shop in question. No return reply has been filed despite notice.

2. This petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner's shop shall not be demolished except in accordance with law. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order deciding the representation, if it is adverse to him. No order as to cost(s).
