1. This petition has been filed seeking extension of time limit mentioned in the order dated 28.6.2018 passed by this Court in MCRC No.2745 of 2018 granting temporary bail to the applicant.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner has made every efforts to enter into compromise with complainant, but as the complainant is demanding more money to enter into compromise, therefore, no compromise could be arrived. In these circumstances, it is prayed that that the time limit mentioned in the order dated 28.6.2018 may be extended for a further of one month.

Learned State counsel opposes the petition and submissions made in this respect, it is submitted that the petitioner had already been granted about six months time for the aforesaid purpose but till date he has not entered into any compromise with the complainant and this shows his intention. Therefore, application of the petitioner is liable to be rejected.

4. I have heard both the parties and perused the order passed earlier in this case.

5. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the applicant, I feel inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

6. The time granted in the order dated 28.6.2018 passed in MCRC No.2745 of 2018 is extended for a further period of one month from today. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted to the petitioner and if no compromise is arrived within the extended period, then the petitioner will be required to surrender on the expiry of the temporary bail granted to him.
