The grievance in the writ application was with regard to appointment and posting at Higher Secondary School, Muli pursuant to counselling. The counter-affidavit states that the Petitioner was not given appointment because experience certificate was not as per the requirement and subsequently the Petitioner has been appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-I on 28.6.2008. The writ application has become infructuous.
