Learned counsel for the respondent - Municipal Corporation seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the notice dated 13.12.2017 (AnnexureP/7) with liberty to take action in accordance with law. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty reserved in favour of the respondent - Corporation. It is pertinent to mention here that the Corporation shall consider and keep in view the decision
rendered by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Madhavrao Scindia v. Ramesh Jatav and Others1 regarding demarcation.
