In the instant Criminal revision where the applicants have been convicted under Sections 447 and 427 read with section 34 IPC vide impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 26.06.2010 passed by learned Sessions Judge, JanjgTr Champa (CG) in CriminalAppeal y No. 02/2010, the parties present in the National Lok Adalat held today including the complainant clearly state that they have compromised the r-^-'- ^ .

In view of the aforesaid statement in the form of duly filled up and singed docket supplied by the parties, nothing survives to be further adjudicated and therefore, the applicant is acquitted ofthe chargeslevelled against him by setting a side the judgment impugned.
