Perused the PUD dated 28.01.2019 received from 2nd Additional Judge to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Ramanujganj, District Balrampur, Chhattisgarh wherein it is reported that the concerned Sessions Trial No. 09/2016 has already been disposed of on 22.12.2016. Since, the trial has already been decided, thus, the revision has now become infructuous.

2. Accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
