Learned counsel for the parties submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition relates to non appointment of the petitioners due to expiration of period of waiting list. The said issue has already been considered and decided by this Court in WPS No.6228/2009 on 28.02.2011 in between Murli Manohar Dubey vs State of Chhattisgarh and others.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed, as the question involved in the present petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in WPS No.6228/2009.
