The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 09/06/2016 whereby the respondents have cancelled the order of deputation of the petitioner from the post of District Project Officer, Zila Lok Siksha Samiti, Korba and being posted as an employee of the School Education Department.

By virtue of an interim protection granted by this Court, the petitioner has remained under the Zila Lok Siksha Samiti, Korba. 3.

By efflux of time, the impugned order has lost its efficacy and therefore the Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction that the respondents are restrained from acting upon the impugned order Annexure-P/1 dated 09/06/2016 any further.

However, the right of the respondents stands reserved for passing a fresh order in case administrative exigency so demands. 5.
