2. In view of the fact that there is no vacant flat in the subject Housing Project of the Chhattisgarh Housing Board and the petitioners are not willing to purchase any other flat in any other locality, let the litigation be given quietus by directing the Chhattisgarh Housing Board to refund the amount deposited by the petitioners within a period of 2 months from today.
3. The Chhattisgarh Housing Board shall not deduct any amount from the petitioners and the entire deposit made by the petitioners, for which they shall produce the proof of deposit, shall be refunded to them
4. Both the petitions stand disposed of.
