2. The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during the trial in connection with Crime No.233/2017 registered at PSGudhirari, Raipur, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Section 365, 342, 323, 376, 506, & 368/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order dated 23.07.2018 passed in M.Cr.C No.2908/2018.

4. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the second bail application is rejected.
