1. This writ petition has been filed for directing the State to trace out the missing daughter of the petitioner. It is matter of record that number of directions have been issued to the State police and the

CBI as also filed affidavit. Still the petitioner's daughter is not traceable.

2. According to the report submitted, it has been stated that the petitioner's daughter is not traceable.

3. The aforesaid fact is placed on record.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
